Whether a prospect (tenant) inquires about a building on their own, or has a professional like us handle the deal, most likely there will be a commission paid

Build to suit

We help companies that are looking for their own facility to lease or purchase. We help secure and negotiate the location of the property, developer and architect. This is a turnkey building where the facility is built specifically for the companies needs. The developer will lease the building on a long term basis or sell the building to a user for predetermined price. This process takes nine to twelve months.

Investment sales

As a commercial real-estate broker in South Florida for the last fifteen years, we have developed relationships with developers and owners of shopping centers, office building and warehouse facilities. We help in the acquisition (purchase) or disposition (sale) of their properties: typically working on properties values at more then $1,500,000. There are two types of investors, passive buyers who look for long term credit tenants and stable income and added value buyers looking for distressed properties with upside potential and or redevelopment opportunities. We are always working with investors and owners looking to either buy or sell both types.
