Curtis Olschansky joined the Newman Realty Group, Inc., in 1988 as a leasing agent to focus in the Palm Beach and Broward County markets in the Office, Retail and Industrial sectors before going out on his own and establishing The Olschansky Group, LLC.  He demonstrated his success in leasing, selling and marketing by being honored as the firm’s “Rookie of the Year” in 1989, and in 1994 was promoted to Vice-President.  Curtis has since continued to establish himself in the industry as a professional and a specialist in his field.  Earlier, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of a firm he founded, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of Wheatgrass in the Baltimore, Washington D.C., and suburban Virginia markets.  He still sits on the Board and is a Business Consultant for Exerciting, Inc., featuring the leading technology in fitness equipment which have licensed their products to Life Fitness, Nautilus, Stairmaster, etc. just to name a few.  Curtis was one of the inventor’s of Tony Little’s “Ab-Isolator” which sold over $90 Million Dollars with responsibilities in marketing and management in Baltimore before his relocation to Boca Raton in 1986.
